Currency and supported cards

2xuqk accepts Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club and Discover through third-party payment processing. Purchases are charged in Canadian dollars (CAD). The choices displayed by checkout are the available methods for that transaction; bank or card eligibility can affect whether a payment is approved. No additional wallet or payment method is promised here.

Review the total before payment

Checkout shows the item price, eligible discounts, applicable taxes, delivery charge and final total before you submit the order. Standard Shipping within Canada is free with no minimum purchase. Your card issuer may apply its own currency conversion or other charges if your account is not in CAD; contact the issuer for those details. We do not currently ship internationally.

Authorization and completed charges

A bank may show a pending authorization before a completed charge. The authorization, capture and statement posting schedule can depend on order processing and the payment institution. An order confirmation does not necessarily mean a pending entry has settled. Contact us with the order number to check the status of a specific payment.

Safe payment and unsuccessful attempts

Enter payment information only through checkout. Do not email complete card details, security codes or passwords. If a payment fails, check the entered information and any issuer verification request before trying again. If you see apparently duplicate entries, check whether they are pending authorizations or completed charges and contact support@2xuqk.shop with the order reference and a suitably redacted statement. Avoid repeated attempts while the status is unclear.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days after returned goods are received and reviewed, subject to any applicable statutory deadline. The bank or provider may then need additional posting time. See Returns & Refunds and contact support@2xuqk.shop for assistance. We do not promise a fixed extra bank waiting period.
