By using the store or placing an order, you agree to the terms applicable to that activity. You must have legal capacity to make the purchase, or act with the involvement and permission of a responsible parent or guardian where appropriate.

Accounts and lawful use

Provide accurate order and contact information and keep account credentials secure. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders or unlawful content, or infringe another person’s rights. Access may be restricted for misuse in accordance with applicable law.

Product information, prices and orders

Products include sportswear, compression apparel and training-related goods. Product descriptions, sizes, colours and availability should be reviewed before ordering; screen settings may affect colour appearance. Prices are in CAD. Discounts, applicable taxes and the total payable are shown at checkout. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your submission; acceptance and fulfilment remain subject to payment processing, stock and order verification. If we cannot fulfil an order or discover a material price or information error, we will contact you and provide an appropriate cancellation or refund where required. We do not reserve an unrestricted right to retain payment for an unfulfilled order.

Changes, delivery and returns

Contact us promptly about an order change or cancellation. We will assess its status and applicable rights; changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch. Canada-wide free Standard Shipping normally involves 1–2 business days of processing and 4–6 business days in transit, usually 5–8 in total. Our Shipping Policy provides the details. Our Returns & Refunds policy explains the voluntary 30-day window, store-paid eligible return shipping, no restocking fee and approved original-method refunds processed within 10 business days after receipt and review. Mandatory rights apply regardless of these voluntary terms.

Content and third-party services

Store content and the intellectual property in products, images and marks belong to their respective owners. Ordinary browsing and personal shopping do not grant permission to reproduce content for unrelated commercial purposes. Shopify and other third-party services support parts of the experience and may have their own applicable terms. Links to other websites do not guarantee their content or services. Product names and marks identify their respective owners.

Responsibility and applicable rights

Use reasonable care when choosing and using goods and follow applicable product instructions. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted website access or that every display is error-free. Any limitation of responsibility applies only to the extent permitted by law; these terms do not exclude non-excludable consumer protections, statutory cancellation rights or remedies for faulty or misdescribed products. Applicable Canadian law and mandatory protections in the relevant province or territory govern as required. Nothing here restricts access to a remedy available under mandatory consumer law.
