Shipping policy

Delivery throughout Canada

2xuqk ships to addresses in Canada, including all provinces and territories. Standard Shipping is free, with no minimum order value. Prices and checkout totals are in Canadian dollars (CAD). We do not currently offer delivery outside Canada. Any applicable tax and the final order total are displayed at checkout before you place an order.

The expected delivery schedule

Order processing normally takes 1–2 business days. After dispatch, Standard Shipping normally takes a further 4–6 business days, giving a usual total estimate of 5–8 business days. These are two consecutive stages, not three separate waiting periods. Business days exclude weekends and applicable holidays. These estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates; weather, remote destinations, carrier disruption and other delivery conditions can affect transit.

Tracking and delivery details

Where tracking is issued for a shipment, the dispatch information provides the tracking details. Check the delivery address, including apartment or unit number and postal code, before submitting your order. If you need to correct an address or request cancellation, contact us promptly with the order number. We will check whether a change remains possible; we cannot guarantee an alteration after dispatch.

If a shipment is delayed or missing

If tracking does not progress, delivery is substantially overdue, or a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, email support@2xuqk.shop. Check with household members and any safe delivery location while we investigate the shipment. Keep packaging and photographs if goods arrive damaged. We will work with you on an appropriate resolution for lost, damaged or misdelivered orders, without limiting applicable consumer rights.

Returns and further help

Return shipping for approved, eligible returns or exchanges is paid by the store, separately from our free outbound Standard Shipping.
